General Contractor
As the General Contractor Arundel will manage the project based on the permitted drawings, project timeline and employing quality control, subcontractor management and strict compliance with building codes. We ensure the project is built to the specifications and drawings in the time frame and budget contracted with the client. We will estimate and budget the project in accordance with drawings designed by others. Arundel will provide an onsite full time superintendent to manage the daily work on the project and an experienced office based project manager to over see the budget. Each subcontractor is vetted and meets all of Arundel’s insurance requirements prior to assignment to one of our projects. If the project size dictates additional assistant superintendents and construction administration assistants will be assigned to the project full time.
Construction Manager
Under a Construction Manager contract, we will act as the client’s construction expert throughout the project cycle from design to project completion. Acting in this capacity we establish the project timelines by managing the design and construction elements. Once the design is complete we manage the permitting process along with the bidding to qualified subcontractors who contract directly to the client. Once the project is permitted we act as the client’s representative to manage invoicing and quality control.
Design-Builder
Under a Design-Build contract in addition to acting as the general contractor, we have the additional responsibility as the designer and engineers for the client’s project. We are responsible for bringing the client’s vision to life within the budgetary restraints provided. We will advise the client on the best use of construction procedures and construction materials in order to meet cosmetic as well as structural requirements of the client’s vision. We provide in house architectural and engineering services to complete this task.
General Contractor
Arundel Design Build approaches every project with our mission of aligning Expertise and Integrity with Quality and Innovation. Our team of experts partner with each client to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget and consistently adheres to the highest safety standards. Throughout the construction process weekly meetings will be held to keep all stakeholders updated, both internal and external. Each project is assigned a Superintendent, Project Manager and based on other details may also include a project engineer and construction administrator.During the construction phase we combine technology by utilizing data platforms which report weekly updates along with traditional verbal and in person status updates. We are committed to over communicating, leaving no room for surprises. Our goal is to not only meet all project milestones, but exceed expectations and develop a long term trusted partnership with each and every client.

Development Partner
As a Development Partner, Arundel Design Build will evaluate a clients goals, complete the diligence involved in identifying a geographical location and project plan, then present a proposal to execute the plan. This shared risk model establishes equity among both parties along with a foundation for long term growth.
